About Jackie Anderson

With over 25 years of HR leadership across diverse industries, Jackie Anderson brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise. She has climbed the ranks from HR Generalist to VP of HR and ultimately to Chief of Staff & Culture, serving on four executive teams and advising CEOs and business owners directly.

Jackie has successfully built four HR departments from the ground up, leading teams of up to 12, and has managed all aspects of HR—including union negotiations—while driving practical, results-focused solutions. She has extensive experience working within the EOS business model and is known for her innovation, determination, tenacity, and approachability.

Her strength lies in connecting with employees at all levels, partnering closely with operations, and aligning people strategy with business goals. Jackie combines deep HR expertise with a strong understanding of business principles, delivering actionable guidance that helps companies grow, perform, and thrive.
